01Does Lume Packing manufacture fully custom packaging?+
Yes. We develop made-to-order boxes, paper bags and packaging accessories around your product dimensions, brand direction, target market and required presentation.
02What information should I send for a quotation?+
Please share the product type and dimensions, expected quantity, preferred packaging format, artwork or reference images, destination country and required delivery timing.
03What is the minimum order quantity?+
Our standard minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. The most suitable production plan still depends on the structure, material, printing and finishing requirements.
04How long does custom sampling take?+
A typical custom prototype takes approximately 3–5 days after the structure, materials, artwork and key finishing details have been confirmed.
05Can you support projects for Europe and North America?+
Yes. Our team has long-term experience with export preparation, inspection, quality control and the packaging expectations of European and North American customers.
06Can sustainable materials be considered?+
Yes. Depending on performance and design requirements, we can discuss FSC-certified paper, recycled inputs, reusable structures and material-efficient packaging solutions.
