Place the product on the sheet, fold the ends over as you would for a gift so the pattern shows, and add a second layer for darker products. Tell us the product and the box and we will advise on the best wrap.

It depends largely on how much of the sheet is covered with ink. We choose suitable inks and coverage, and recommend a sample test with your actual product.

A common approach is to fold the tissue into a neat wrap with the printed side facing up, place it under or around the product, fold the top over, and seal it with a sticker.

Tissue paper is commonly around 17 to 35 gsm. Lighter sheets are softer and more delicate; heavier sheets are more opaque and less likely to bleed when printed. We choose the weight to suit the product and the effect you want.

Very dense ink coverage can make the sheet feel slightly damp and a little more translucent. A lighter repeat pattern does not have this issue.

A dark product under a single layer can be slightly visible through the tissue. Two layers solve this.

Yes. Sheet dimensions can be planned around the product, the box interior and the wrapping or folding method, to avoid unnecessary material.

FSC-certified or recycled-content tissue can be discussed, according to the colour, print and performance you need.

Ordinary tissue is neither waterproof nor greaseproof. If the product is oily or sensitive to damp, we suggest adding an inner bag or greaseproof layer.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. Sampling takes 3–5 days and production usually takes 15–20 days. If you are just starting out and want to test the market with a small batch, we can support that.
