Thicker card resists bending and curling and feels more substantial; thinner card costs less. Apparel tags generally use a medium weight and premium products a heavier card. We recommend a weight to suit your product.

QR codes and barcodes need enough size, clear contrast and white space around them, plus a protective varnish or lamination so they do not rub off. We suggest testing the scan on a sample before production.

The hole size depends on the thickness of the string: a hole of about 6 mm (1/4 in) suits fine to medium string, while the smallest hole, about 3 mm (1/8 in), is used with a tagging gun. Tell us how you attach the tag and which string you use.

Yes. Foil stamping, embossing, debossing, spot effects and specialty papers can add tactile and visual distinction where the design allows.

The string can be supplied with the tags, loose or pre-threaded, depending on how you attach them.

Yes. Custom die-cut shapes, folded tags, layered sets and different card sizes can be developed around your artwork and information hierarchy.

FSC-certified or recycled paper and cotton cord can be discussed, according to the look and strength you need.

Fixed product information can go straight into the artwork. If the content differs from tag to tag, tell us early so we can assess the right production method.

The minimum order quantity is 1,000 pieces. Sampling takes 3–5 days and production usually takes 15–20 days. If you are just starting out and want to test the market with a small batch, we can support that.
