Ordering custom packaging from overseas often means trusting a factory you have never seen, waiting weeks with no visibility into what is actually happening on the production floor. We are considering a way to close that gap: after every production stage on your order — printing, hot stamping, lamination, assembly, creasing, and final inspection — we would record a short video and upload it to a private link you can check whenever you want.
What you would actually see
Instead of a single tracking number that just says "in production," each completed stage would come with its own video: the printed sheets coming off the press, the hot-stamped foil detail under close inspection, the lamination pass, the box being assembled and scored, and the finished units being packed for shipment. You would be able to watch your own order move through the factory, stage by stage, instead of waiting for a final photo at the end.
Why we are considering this
Most quality concerns on remote orders come from a lack of visibility, not from any single mistake — buyers cannot tell whether a delay means a real problem or is just normal production time. Stage-by-stage video would let you catch a colour or finishing issue while it is still cheap and fast to fix, instead of finding it after the shipment arrives.
What this would take to run well
This is not a small feature: every stage would need to be filmed, reviewed for quality before upload, and organized so each customer only sees their own order. Before building it out for every project, we want to know whether this is genuinely useful to the customers who would actually use it.
