The structure is designed to be flat-packed and exceptionally lightweight, opening like a book to reveal a die-cut cavity precisely contoured to the bottle's rounded silhouette, keeping it snug and secure without adding bulk or weight to the overall package.

The design brief was to achieve the most refined, high-end look possible within a tightly limited budget, and the result leans on smart material choices and thoughtful color pairing rather than elaborate finishing techniques. A deep brown ribbon is tied around the closed box in a decorative bow, and the contrast between the warm beige body and the darker ribbon tone reads as considerably more premium than the low-cost construction would suggest.

During development, printing the logo directly onto the ribbon was considered, but the team ultimately recommended keeping the branding printed on the box surface itself instead — a decision that preserved clarity and legibility of the logo while keeping production costs in check.
