CUSTOM E-COMMERCE BOX
This laptop shipping box is built from multi-layer corrugated board, with foam corner cushions fitted at all four inner corners to absorb impact and keep the device stable and centered during transit. The kraft version keeps a natural, understated look with a custom-printed logo, while the bold blue variant adds interior branding on the flap and clear product spec icons printed along the base — both sharing the same protective core structure.
Corrugated board strength comes down to its internal construction: a standard 3-layer board consists of a single fluted layer sandwiched between an outer and inner liner, while a 5-layer board doubles up on fluting for significantly greater rigidity and load capacity — the choice between them depends on how much protection and stacking strength a given shipment needs.
The flute size within that fluted layer also matters: a tighter E-flute (roughly 1.2–2.0mm) is thinner and holds its shape well but offers lower cushioning; a mid-size B-flute (roughly 2.4–3mm) strikes a practical balance between hardness and toughness, making it a common choice for general shipping; while a taller C-flute (roughly 3.5–4.2mm) provides the most cushioning buffer at the cost of somewhat lower impact resistance. Selecting the right flute size and layer count together determines how well a box like this protects a laptop against drops, pressure, and rough handling throughout the shipping chain.
