Self-Locking Fold Wine Box with Contoured Top and Base
This wine and spirits box builds on a familiar fold-and-flip structure but adds a key innovation: both the top and bottom sections are die-cut with contoured cavities that grip the bottle's neck and base directly, holding it securely in place without needing raffia, foam, or any additional cushioning filler. This self-locking approach simplifies packing, reduces material waste, and keeps the bottle stable through handling and shipping using the structure alone.
The bright, sunny yellow exterior is decorated with a vivid, hand-illustrated floral wreath framing the logo, giving the box a cheerful, gift-forward personality well suited to white wines, rosés, and lighter, celebratory spirits rather than a purely formal presentation.
Surface finishing combines Pantone spot color printing for accurate, saturated color reproduction, hot foil stamping for the logo detailing, and UV spot coating for selective gloss — together giving the packaging a rich, layered, high-end finish despite its playful color palette.
