CUSTOM ADVENT CALENDAR BOX
This advent calendar box is engineered around a distinctive interlocking, zigzag drawer structure — rows of small compartments are staggered and woven into one another at alternating angles, creating a striking honeycomb-like facade when fully opened, with every individual drawer sliding open to reveal a hidden treat or surprise item behind its own hand-cut hole detail. Despite the visually complex, staggered arrangement, the entire structure is designed to collapse flat into a single, compact rectangular column for storage and shipping — a clever piece of structural engineering that combines an elaborate, multi-cavity display format with the practicality and cost efficiency of a flat-pack design.
The rigid 1000gsm white cardboard base gives the structure enough sturdiness and durability to support two dozen or more drawers without sagging or losing shape, while still folding cleanly along its seams when compressed back into its column form. The exterior is finished in a soft, elegant blush-pink tone in this version, with the same interlocking structure also available in bold solid colorways — a rich forest green and a vivid red — allowing the design to suit a wide range of brand palettes and seasonal themes. Surface graphics and branding are applied through vivid CMYK printing for accurate, full-color reproduction, complemented by hot foil stamping accents that add a refined, metallic sparkle to key logo and decorative details, giving the overall piece a playful yet genuinely premium advent-calendar presentation.
