State the required quantity, target market, delivery destination and desired date. These details influence production planning, packing method and export preparation.
Visual direction and artwork
Send dielines or finished artwork when available. Otherwise, reference images, brand guidelines and examples of preferred colours or materials give the design team a useful starting point.
Performance and sustainability priorities
Explain whether recyclability, recycled content, reusable construction, low weight or a particular certification is important. Priorities should be agreed before material selection rather than added after the structure is complete.
