Cotton Paper Cylinder Box with Double-Layer Foil Stamping

This cylinder box is defined by two standout characteristics. First is the surface hand-feel: the exterior is wrapped in cotton paper, giving it an exceptionally soft, fine-grained texture that feels noticeably more refined than standard coated or matte paper stocks. Second, and more technically demanding, is a double-layer hot foil stamping process — a full-coverage base layer of foil is applied first, followed by a second layer of black foil stamped precisely on top. Because large-area foil stamping is inherently difficult to execute flawlessly, achieving a bright, evenly reflective, blemish-free result across two stacked layers required an especially high level of production precision and control.

Inside, the die-cut EVA insert is finished with the same soft cotton-paper-like surface treatment as the exterior, so the tactile experience remains consistent whether the hand is on the outside of the tube or reaching in to lift the bottle out.

The result is a cylinder box that reads as quietly luxurious in the hand and visually striking on the shelf, with the layered foil catching light in rich, saturated color across the label panel.
